We can provide live streaming services for a range of events. We have packages for weddings, funerals, AGMs, conferences, town hall meetings, birthday parties and concerts. We can stream to popular platforms such as Vimeo, Youtube Live and Facebook Live, as well as Zoom and other video conferencing software applications. We use professional equipment to get the best angles into the live stream. We use wireless video transmitters, live vision mixers and multi-camera setups to ensure we capture your event from every angle.
Weddings
Our packages differ in price depending on what you need live streamed during your special day (ceremony only or ceremony plus reception). Wedding ceremony packages include up to 3 static camera angles to provide the best angles for your online guests to watch (the number of cameras is dependent on weather and access to AC Mains electricity).

All packages include: Password protected and personalised webpage where your guests can leave personal messages that will be shared with you after the wedding. You can display the order of service and photos from your relationship or engagement photos. The video for the live stream will also be embedded on this webpage.

Annual General Meetings
We can use our own professional cameras and audio equipment to live stream your AGM or meeting within a Zoom meeting or similar platform. As long as the software allows us to choose external inputs sources we can provide multi camera support for your next AGM or meeting. Meetings with multiple cameras and clean audio feeds from people speaking look and feel much more professional despite hosting the meeting via Zoom or equivalent. Packages start from $650 for a one hour meeting.
Concerts
Due to social distancing measures, your venue may be limited in seating capacity more than you would normally have anticipated. Live streaming your concert is a great way to open up the access of your concert for an international audience. We work with the conductor at times to make sure the correct angles are shown at the best times during a piece of music. We can configure the live stream to be password protected if you intent to sell tickets for the concert and only want to release the password to those who have purchased a ticket. Concerts are streamed on Vimeo and can be embedded into your own website or on a custom webpage on our website. The stream can also be re-streamed simultaneously to Facebook Live and Youtube Live.
